Omar Mbongi launched the ball forward to Hillary Simiyu but the striker could not outpace his marker.Muchiri was brought down just outside the box 12 minutes into the second half but the referee Asman Teddy waived play off to the dismay of the midfielder who protested the decision only to be given his marching orders.From that point, it was all Kariobangi Sharks capitalizing on the numerical advantage on top of their possession supremacy.However, Enosh Ochieng had a perfect chance two minutes after coming on for Hillary Simiyu but the custodian did a perfect job to deny him.Towards the latter stages of the game, Sharks were unlucky not to equalize with an effort comming off the bar, then off the keeper, and off a defender in quick succession.
