Kenyan duo of Enock Wanyama and Nicodemus Onyango on trials in Taiwan

National U23 team attacking midfielder Enock Wanyama is hoping excel in trials and pen a deal with Taiwanese side top-tier side Leopard Cat FC, formerly known as Tatung football club.Wanyama alongside Kibera Black Stars central defender Nicodemus Onyango arrived in Taiwan on Monday after landing an opportunity to try out with Tatung.Wanyama, was on the radar of record Kenyan champions Gor Mahia whom he had trained with for a couple of months but the deal hit a snag leaving the midfielder with no options but, to explore another market.Talented in football and music – this is the story of Enock WanyamaSpeaking to Mozzart Sport after the first training session in Taiwan, Wanyama revealed his dream of passing the test and signing his first professional deal.This is not the first time the skillful winger is in search for greener pastures abroad as he tried his luck out with Slovak top tier side FK Pohronie in June 2021.“I am trusting that I will succeed in the trials and sign a deal with the club.
