Nairobi City Stars winger James Mazembe is enjoying a new lease of life at Nairobi City Stars as the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) campaign approaches the end.The former Kariobangi Sharks player joined Simba wa Nairobi in midseason on loan from KCB in an attempt to get more playing time under his belt after falling down the pecking order with the Bankers.##NAJAVA_MECA_7268627##Before that, he joined the Zedekiah Otieno-coached side after a successful campaign with Sharks during the 2020/2021 season which had seen him attract interest from top teams including Gor Mahia.An injury towards the end of last season saw him on the treatment table for more than two months, a spell that made his return to the preferred 11 a big hustle before he joined City Stars on loan.Speaking to the club’s media, Mazembe is hopeful that he will find the scoring boots and set up more goals with the support he is receiving at City Stars in the remaining four matches.“So far so good at Nairobi City Stars where I have the perfect chance to get back to my best. The technical bench and the rest of the team have fully put their support behind me and I can only see myself rise.
