The Talanta Hela program has been dealt a blow by the High Court after it suspended the establishment created by President William Ruto and spearheaded by Sports CS Ababu Namwamba.Its establishment, aimed at nurturing talent in the country, generated debate with some stakeholders questioning its real mandate as some roles clashed with those of different federations.The composition of its two committees has also been a subject of debate.
