He has been promised more backing from the club for next season and beyond.”The coach is staying; we managed to convince him to continue, and he has agreed to continue here because he believes in this project. There are things that he has agreed on with the management that will have to be implemented for the smooth running of the team, and I think we will see a better Ulinzi Stars next season,” a reliable source within the camp told Mozzart Sport.Among the issues that the tactician had reportedly complained of was the lack of winning allowances for the playing unit, saying the players were demotivated. There were also concerns about the team’s nutrition, with the playing unit sometimes forced to contribute money to buy themselves basics such as fruits. Interference is also said to have been among the issues that irked the former youthful tactician.At the managerial level, the club has made one change in its hierarchy. Edwin Muta has vacated his position as club CEO, with Godwin Baraza Wanjala resuming his role.Mwalala, a former Nzoia Sugar, Bandari FC, and Kakamega Homeboyz coach, joined the club before the start of the current campaign.
