Harambee Starlets striker Jentrix Shikangwa has taken to social media to lament the arrest of his brother-in-law by City Council askaris on Tuesday, evening after he had gone to collect her parcel from one of the transport companies.Shikangwa, who is currently in Western Kenya, bagged the golden boot in Tanzania with Simba and was also named to the team of the season.
