The latest edition of the Match series is here. Curry and Thompson of the Golden State Warriors will battle Mahomes and Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday at the Wynn in Las Vegas in Capital One’s The Match. The format will be a 12-hole, two-team scramble.
Curry and Mahomes have played in the Match series before — both players lost — while their partners are making their debut.
This will be the third Match at the Wynn, ranked No. 5 among Golfweek’s Best courses in Nevada. Brooks Koepka defeated Bryson DeChambeau in the first installment, and Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers beat Mahomes and Josh Allen in the second edition.
