Bandari confirm two additions to their technical bench

Bandari have made two significant changes in their technical bench bringing on board former internationals Jerim Onyango and John Baraza.Onyango takes over as goalkeeper trainer while Baraza will deputise coach Twahir Muhiddin.The confirmation was made by Bandari Fc board vice chairman Twaha Mbarak who said the two will bring the much-needed experience at the club.##NAJAVA_MECA_7359253##“Both Onyango and Baraza have signed two-year contracts and they bring in a lot of experience from their playing days and coaching. They are what we needed to strengthen the technical bench,” he said.Mbarak said the changes at the technical bench have been concluded and now they are focusing on the playing unit.“We want to do better next season and believe the changes made will bring better results. Now the focus is turned to the playing unit where we have given the bench a free hand to sign players they believe will bring us glory. We remain ambitious in the coming season,” he added.Baraza’s last station was at Kakamega Homeboyz where he was fired in February after posting poor results. He re-unites with Twahir Muhiddin who coached him at the defunct Oserian Fastac.Joash Onyango ditches Simba for Singida in TanzaniaHe has also handled Sofapaka and lower league side Equity Bank FC and Mara Sugar.Jerim Onyango is a former Gor Mahia and international goalkeeper. After retiring he went into coaching and has been working with Kariobangi Sharks prior to his appointment at Bandari.He is also the goalkeeper trainer at the national team Harambee Stars. Onyango replaces another former international Wilson Oburu.
