Bidco defender Lambert Oyuga headed to coaching after hanging boots

Long-serving Bidco United left back Lambert Oyuga has identified coaching as his next stop after retiring from competitive football.Oyuga confirmed that the 2022-2023 Football Kenya Federation Premier League season was his last at the aggressive stage that he graced for more than a decade.The 32-year-old who was part of the team that inspired Bidco to attain automatic promotion to the top flight three years ago retires after serving the Thika-based club for seven years.##NAJAVA_MECA_7366949##Oyuga revealed the burning desire to remain in the game in a different capacity as he seeks to hunt the CAF D coaching course license and start practising later.Unconfirmed reports had earlier indicated that Oyuga would be handed the kit manager role at Bidco but he denied such, saying he had not been formally informed of his new job at the club.”I can confirm that I have hanged my boots. I am looking forward to the next chapter which is coaching,” he told Mozzart Sport.”I thank the management of Bidco United for giving me the platform for the last seven years.
