Blow to APS Bomet, Fortune Sacco and Co. as High Court quashes appeal

An order for purposes of quashing the decision of Sports Dispute Tribunal decision rendered on December 6,2022 was on Friday 14 July 2023 issued against five clubs namely; APS Bomet, Fortune Sacco, Kona Rangers, Dimba Patriots and Mayenje Santos.The clubs had last year moved to court challenging the nullification of the 2021-22 season that was run by Football Kenya Federation Caretaker and transition committees, a move that was nullified by the High Court, seeing the teams face subsequent relegations to respective lower tier divisions.
