With Football Kenya Federation Premier League clubs starting pre season ahead of the new campaign, teams are beefing up squads and releasing players deemed surplus to requirements. New FKFPL entrants Murang’a Seal have not been left behind with the club parting ways with the first batch of players .The St. Sebastian Park club, who finished as runners up in the just concluded second tier league campaign, are expected to let go of up to ten players with Vincent Nyaberi looking to create a competitive squad for top flight football.As per the sources at the club, players whose contracts with the team came to an end in June were not offered extensions while others will be put up for sale or involved in swap deals.Mozzart Sport has since established that right back Gedion Were, former Tusker Youth player Cetric Atsango, John Mwangi, Alvin Odoyo, creative Midfleder Erick Sinje and Henry Omollo have been released from the club upon expiry of their contracts. ##NAJAVA_MECA_7371084##Gedion Were joined Murang’a Seal two seasons ago from Mwatate United and went ahead to establish his spot in Nyaberi team. The defender is understood to have received offers from other FKF Premier League clubs with Nairobi City Stars and FC Talanta his most likely destinations.
