Former Harambee Stars captain Musa Otieno has predicted that Kenyan defender Joseph Okumu has a bright future after his move to French League 1 side Stade de Reims.According to the former long serving Kenyan skipper, Okumu’s next move could either be to the English Premier League (EPL) or Spanish League.“Iam very proud of him and the progress he is making in his career. When he started out in South Africa things did not go well for him but he did not give up. Even at the national team, I left the number two jersey to him. Previously, Brian Mandela used to wear that jersey but he surrendered it to Okumu and now wears the number four jersey,” he explained.He believes playing in the French league will make Okumu the spine of the national team as he currently is the Kenyan player playing at the highest level.
