The Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has announced that the CECAFA Kagame Cup 2023 will not take place.Auka Gecheo, the CECAFA Executive Director said on Monday that the competition meant for top teams in the zone has been cancelled because of a busy CAF/FIFA calendar.“It is unfortunate that once again we shall not have this tournament this year.
