Joe Cordina and Edward Vazquez squared off in the main event live on DAZN from Casino de Monte-Carlo in Monte-Carlo, Monaco on Saturday, November 4. The contest featured undefeated two-time world champion of Wales defending his IBF super featherweight title against once beaten contender of the United States.

With the victory by majority decision, Joe Cordina made the first successful defense of his IBF super featherweight title in his second reign. Cardiff’s 31-year-old improved to 17-0, 9 KOs and remained undefeated.
Edward Vazquez dropped to 15-2, 3 KOs. The 27-year-old of Fort Worth, Texas failed his first attempt to become world champion.
