A case in which two former members of AFC Leopards technical bench have sued the club will go to full trial after the parties failed to agree on an out-of-court settlement.The parties had been given until last Friday to reach an agreement or the matter would go to full trial.On Tuesday, the lawyer representing former physiotherapist Lawrence Odire and former goalkeeper trainer Lawrence Webo admitted that there had been no agreement between them.Duo heads to SDT demanding millions from AFC LeopardsHe told the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT) that instead Leopards had filed an objection to the tribunal’s jurisdiction and made fresh allegations against his clients.“We view the new move by AFC Leopards as a time-wasting tactic,” Japheth Munyendo, who is representing the two told the tribunal.The tribunal chairman John Ohaga ruled that they would hear the objection lodged by Leopards on February 28.##NAJAVA_MECA_7855563##Two weeks ago, the two parties had been given until January 26 to settle the matter out of court.On the day, Munyendo had told the tribunal that he had been approached by Leopards seeking an out-of-court settlement.“We have received an offer from AFC Leopards but have demanded that it be put in writing. Otherwise, the matter will be listed for hearing on February 6 if there is no agreement.
