The Chubb Classic’s final round in Florida is being shortened to nine holes Sunday. Here’s why

With a rainy Sunday expected in Southwest Florida, the final round of the 2024 Chubb Classic will be shortened to nine holes.

The PGA Tour Champions field will play Nos. 1-4 and 14-18 at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida, on Sunday. Groups of three will all start the final round on No. 1. Tee times will run from approximately 7:15-11:15 a.m. ET. Golf Channel will air the final round telecast on tape delay from 3-5:30 p.m.

The PGA Tour Champions schedule rules out a potential Monday finish this week because golfers will be traveling to Morocco, Africa, for the Trophy Hassan II, which begins Thursday.
