Gor Mahia leftback Geoffrey “Simiti” Ochieng has been included in the Harambee Stars squad that leaves the country on Thursday 21 March for the Four Nations Tournament in Malawi.He replaces Erick “Marcelo” Ouma who did not make it to camp after sustaining an injury while playing club football in Poland.Gor Mahia confirmed Ochieng’s call up on their socials; “Congratulations Geoffrey Ochieng’ on your call-up to the National Team,” they tweeted.Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat said the absence of Marcelo in the team is a big blow as he is a key player in his team and plans.Olunga welcomes Avire, Ayunga inclusion in Harambee Stars squad”We wanted to experiment with a back 3 in the four-nation tournament, but we can’t proceed without Marcelo (Erick Ouma).
