The German newspaper Bild reports that Borussia Dortmund’s defender Mats Hummels has changed his heart and is now favouring extending his contract for another season. The 35-year-old’s original deal was set to expire at the end of this season. However, he has apparently changed his mind and, instead of retiring, will likely continue for another campaign after initial speculation that he may retire at the end of the season.
