The PGA Tour is back in New England for the 2024 Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut, the final signature event of the year.
Although world No. 2 Rory McIlroy withdrew from the field Monday afternoon following his heartbreaking loss at the U.S. Open, there is still plenty of star power set to tee off Thursday morning. Scottie Scheffler, after tying for 41st at Pinehurst No. 2, is still the heavy betting favorite at +360 followed by Xander Schauffele at +750.
TPC River Highlands is a par-70 track measuring 6,852 yards.
This week’s winner will receive $3.6 million of the $20 million purse, as well as 700 FedEx Cup points.
Let’s take a look at 10 of the best players at the Travelers Championship over the last five seasons, starting with Patrick Cantlay.
