Defensive midfielder Dennis Magige is eyeing a strong return to Bandari and a place in the starting team in the new season following a successful loan stint. The dockers loaned out the combative midfielder to four-time league champions Ulinzi Stars before the start of the current season. ##NAJAVA_MECA_8173612##At Ulinzi, Magige reunited with coach Anthony Kimani, whom he worked with at Bandari last year before the tactician was relieved of his duties. Magige was recalled during the mid-season transfer window and subsequently loaned out to National Super League side Mombasa Stars where he will remain up to next weekend. With his loan deal to Mombasa Stars in its sunset days, the midfielder is already plotting for an impactful reunion with his parent club ahead of the new season. He says, the playing time he enjoyed at Ulinzi Stars and in the second tier have shaped him to a more complete player and gave him time to reflect on what didn’t work right in his first spell at Bandari. I return to the team a better player, full of vigour and hungry for game time,” he said. A product of the Bandari Youth, Magige believes that his return to the team will tag along with the blessings of breakthrough in the top tier.
