Departing Gor Mahia coach Johnathan McKinstry says there is light at the end of the Kenyan football tunnel. McKinstry, who guided Gor to back-to-back league titles based his argument on the efforts made to improve the top tier and stadia.The Northern Irish tactician has been with K’Ogalo for two seasons.His first term at the club was a challenging one as the club was serving a transfer ban by FIFA for failing to pay dues to its former employees. ##NAJAVA_MECA_8173396##This meant that he couldn’t replace departing players or improve his squad and had to rely on young players, mostly from the youth team. There are some high-quality football, stadiums being built in different parts of the country and that’s what we want to see. There’s no doubt it had gone down over the past few years but I am glad with the progress so far.
