The 2023-2024 National Super League (NSL) top scorer Henry Omollo is confident of gracing the top-flight next season. Omollo, who is attached to Nairobi United, finished as the best scorer in the second tier thanks to the 17 goals he managed in the concluded campaign. The forward was expected to be one of the most-sought after players after the conclusion of the campaign but shockingly, not a single call has been made let alone an offer from the top sides. ##NAJAVA_MECA_192008##Clubs plying their trade in the top tier have been literally scrambling for, the signatures of, the best scorers in the Super League in previous seasons but there appears to be a departure from the norm this year if Omollo’s case is anything to go by.He however holds on hope that his goal scoring prowess in the second tier will win him the return ticket to the top tier after failing to secure promotion with Nairobi United.
