Murang’a Seal chairman Robert Macharia has praised his team for staying afloat in the just concluded Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKF-PL) season at the first time of asking.The St. Sebastian Park shrine team earned promotion to the top tier a season ago, coming in second behind champions Shabana FC, who were making a return to the big stage after 17 years in the lower leagues.Macharia expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, emphasising that their main goal was to remain in the league.”Staying in the league was our primary objective this season, and the boys worked hard to achieve it. The boys and their coach deserve recognition,” he added.In their debut season, Murang’a recorded nine wins, eleven draws, and fourteen losses.
