It’s time again for one of the biggest events in junior golf.
The 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur begins Monday at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The field of 264 male golfers under the age of 19 will battle it out trying to hoist the trophy come Saturday.
Oakland Hills has hosted 11 USGA championships, including six U.S. Opens, two U.S. Senior Opens, two U.S. Amateurs and the 1929 U.S. Women’s Amateur.
Last year, Bryan Kim outlasted Joshua Bai 2 up in the 36-hole championship match at Daniel Island Club in Charleston, South Carolina.
