Seasoned Ulinzi Stars goalkeeper James Saruni sets retirement date

Veteran Ulinzi Stars goalkeeper James Saruni says there is a huge possibility of the forthcoming 2024-2025 Football Kenya Federation Premier League being his last at the competitive level. Saruni, is arguably the most-experienced player in the top tier having, debuted in 2007 with Mathare Youth before transitioning to the senior side the following year.He is the sole active player from the revered Mathare United squad that won the Kenyan Premier League in 2008 under the tutelage of coach Francis Kimanzi.##NAJAVA_MECA_8235035##Saruni, told Mozzart Sport that chances of hanging his gloves next year were high due to several factors among them is the need to create room for fresh blood.”All indicators point to my retirement next year.
