I supported BVB throughout my childhood and when the request came, my heart immediately said yes. That’s why it was an easy decision for me to accept the offer, even though I obviously had a long and very good time with Brighton” he told the club‘s website. End of the road for the AFCON heroSahin and sporting director Kehl very much appreciate Gross‘ abilities to play anyweher in midfield and he will be competiting for a spot between Sabitzer, Can, Brandt and Nmecha. His qualities were recognized earlier, as the current Barcelona coach Hansi Flick noticed him when he was the Germany national coach. He made his debut for the senior national team last September in the last international match of the Hansi Flick era ( 1:4 against Japan ). He has now made eight appearances for the DFB – most recently as a substitute in the opening match of the EURO, where he did not play any more. At BVB he will meet Anton as well as his national team colleagues Nico Schlotterbeck, Emre Can and Niclas Füllkrug. ##NAJAVA_MECA_8242054##
