Jack Draper’s US Open run came to an end as the British tennis player lost his semi-final match against Jannik Sinner in straight sets. Draper vomited multiple times during the match while Sinner prevailed in straight sets despite suffering a wrist injury. The British No 1 said he felt nauseous during the game and ‘felt worse and worse’ as he wasn’t able to eat or drink anything.
