Former Posta Rangers Captain Joseph Mbugi has revealed how the coaching courses offered by the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) in conjunction with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have improved the national team, Harambee Stars.Mbugi is a two-time FKF Premier League champion with Tusker and is currently part of the technical bench at Posta.The former Mahakama man who was speaking to Sports Desk after graduating with a CAF B diploma course in the latest series of coaching classes offered by FKF said that the courses have resulted in tremendous improvement.“I commend FKF for offering these programs. As more teams adopt structured coaching, we will witness significant improvement in the overall development of football,” he explainedThe former Mathare Youth Sports Association (MYSA) player revealed that he is equally benefiting from the courses as his perspective of football has improved.“Since transitioning from a player to a coach, my view of the game has completely changed.
