Harambee Stars prospect Silko Amari Otieno Thomas has penned a farewell message to his former side Wigan Athletic after returning to English Premier League (EPL) side Leicester City.Thomas was on loan at Wigan Athletic for the 2024/25 season from the 2016 EPL champions but his season was cut short as a nasty knee injury forced him to return to his parent club for treatment and rehabilitation.The 20-year-old was injured during Wigan’s 1-1 home draw with Lincoln City on Saturday 1,February where he was stretchered off in the first half.##NAJAVA_MECA_8692779##In a message posted on his official Instagram account, the winger thanked the club for the support offered during his stay. “Thank you everyone at Wigan- the manager, backroom staff, players and the fans.
