Liverpool organized a grand championship celebration in the city streets to mark the occasion of winning their 20th English league title. The perpetrator was arrested, and the local police explained what happened.“We confirm the arrest of a 53-year-old white male, a British citizen from Liverpool. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances. We believe this to be an isolated incident, and we are not currently looking for anyone else in relation to it.
