Erik ten Hag is now long gone as Manchester United coach and Jadon Sancho just returned from a loan at Chelsea, so you might say he won the ‘war’ against the Dutchman. When Ten Hag criticized him for performances in training before the Arsenal game in 2023, the England international replied on social media that the accusations are ‘completely untrue’. The war continued because Sancho refused to apologize and went first to Dortmund and last season to Chelsea on a loan. The Blues had an option to buy his contract for 25 million pounds (United signed him for 73), but instead they payed five million to cancel the deal. So, Sancho is back and Ten Hag is no more, but Ruben Amorim doesn’t see him in his plans either, so the question is – where will Manchester ship him next?🚨Aston Villa, Newcastle and Tottenham are monitoring developments with Jadon Sancho ahead of a potential move. #MUFC [@TheSunFootball] pic.twitter.com/idCaTFcYna— Manchester United Forever (@Utd_Forever7) June 12, 2025 The first logical solution was Borussia Dortmund, where he thrived before getting the big money move to United. He also came back there for a loan, but the club’s sports director put those options to bed. “Of course, contact with Jadon is always there, in some way, because we have a very long history. But it’s not an issue for us right now. We have other priorities at the moment and that’s why the Sancho issue was probably played up more in the media than discussed internally” said Sebastian Kehl. It doesn’t get more humiliating than that – Chelsea will pay millions to get rid of Sancho! But, it’s not like he doesn’t have any suitors at all. According to The Sun, there are three Premier League clubs who are exploring a possibility to get Sancho. The first one is Aston Villa, who did the same with Marcus Rashford. Unai Emery took him on a loan and the former England international was back at his best, so it looks quite logical that he can do the same with Sancho. The second one is Tottenham, who are about to appoint Thomas Frank as coach, and the third one is probably the slimmest option – Newcastle. The Magpies have a priority when it comes to a right winger, but are currently looking at players like Anthony Elanga or Joao Pedro. Also, all those clubs would be interested in a loan deals, while United would like a proper transfer in order to get some money and put Sancho’s huge wage off their list. ##NAJAVA_MECA_8975644##
