The explosive transfer window continues—one of the most exciting Liverpool has had in years. And today, the Premier League champion signed another player. Miloš Kerkez, the young left-back, born into a Serbian-Hungarian family and a Hungarian international, has officially joined Liverpool, as confirmed by the English champions on their social media channels. To recap, Liverpool spent 47 million euros to sign Kerkez, pushing their total spending spree past 200 million. Before this, they signed Florian Wirtz for 117 million (plus 19 million in potential bonuses) and Jeremie Frimpong for 40 million. Even if no more players arrive this August, this will already go down as Liverpool’s biggest transfer window in club history, surpassing the 182 million spent in June of 2018.Kerkez’s journey to Anfield 🔴 pic.twitter.com/kj59hqn8pE— Liverpool FC (@LFC) June 26, 2025 Kerkez completed his medical and signed a five-year contract with the Premier League champions at the AXA Training Centre. It’s a great honor and a privilege to come and play for one of the biggest clubs in the world—and the biggest club in England. I’m just really, really happy and excited. After this, I’ll go home to enjoy a few days in my hometown, and then I truly can’t wait to come back, put on the training kit, and start preparing for the season”.Liverpool in fear: Key player could follow in Trent’s footstepsKerkez arrives at Anfield after two impressive seasons in England with Bournemouth, where he made 74 appearances, scored two goals, and provided eight assists.
