They can now watch the game live at the comfort of wherever they will be,” Milimu tells Mozzart Sport,“We have streamed our games for free over 3 years now on Facebook and YouTube but it is an expensive venture. It cannot be free anymore if we are to improve the quality. The FKFPL has no broadcast sponsor and therefore efforts by clubs to attract more eyeballs into the league should not be halted but I agree with the federation, there’s need for control,” “If all FKFPL clubs would have a single platform to air their matches I believe it would be a step in the right direction. This is just a start and I hope it will open the eyes of other clubs and stakeholders,” Milimu says.
