When Patrick Odhiambo was unveiled as the new coach of Kakamega Homeboyz FC last week, he tagged along his friend Jeffers Odongo as one of his assistants.Up until then, Jeffers was serving as the interim manager of another FKFPL side Wazito FC, now based in Muhoroni. Wazito was facing a rough patch and had gone seven games without a win, and there were rumors of a pending shake up in the team’s technical bench.
