FKF CEO Barry Otieno has lauded CECAFA’s decision to hand Kenya the 2023 CECAFA U18 Women’s Championship hosting rights, saying it is in line with the federation’s area of focus.On Monday, CECAFA announced that it had handed Kenya the hosting rights for the women’s tournament. The last tournament that was hosted in Nairobi was the CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA qualifiers in 2021, where Vihiga Queens qualified for the continental showpiece for the first time ever.In an interview with FKF Media, Otieno said that they are looking forward to a great tournament in June.
