Homeboyz leave it late to mangle Sharks as Posta see off Bidco

Kakamega Homeboyz scored two late goals to pick maximum points as they beat Kariobangi Sharks 3-1 in a Football Kenya Federation Premier League match played at the Kenya Police Pavillion on Wednesday afternoon.Leonlevitt Otieno had given Sharks an early lead that was canceled by Henry Otieno minutes later, with Moses Mudavadi and Chis Masinza scoring late to bag maximum points.The first leg of the encounter had ended in a one-all draw in January but it was Homeboyz who picked the most points from the two-legged clash.Against the run of play, Leonlevitt Otieno opened the scoring for Kariobangi Sharks in the ninth minute to give the hosts an early lead.With one of his trademark balls behind the backline, Keith Imbali found Otieno who was playing in an advanced role who then slotted the ball past Farouk Shikhalo for the first goal in the game.##NAJAVA_MECA_7171952##Homeboyz hit back almost immediately as Henry Otieno beat Kevin Ouru with a shot from outside the area in the 14th minute. Before the goal, Enock Agwanda had gotten hold of a long ball and waited for his teammates. He then found Otieno and the former Wazito FC player faked a pass before pulling the trigger to make it 1-1.The remaining bit of the first half was largely balanced in terms of dangerous attacks but Sharks had much of the ball with nothing to show from it.Sharks were dealt a blow shortly after Moses Shikanda was withdrawn after going down with an ankle, with Fortune Omoto coming on.On resumption for the second half, both teams made changes to their sides.
