However, the league did not kick off for another two and a half months meaning we spent four months in pre-season.At some point in the season, our players got tired and it affected us greatly. We were victims of circumstances beyond our control,” he opines.Muhiddin insists that had the league started on time as they expected, the Dockers would have been among the title contenders.“Had we started early, we could have been among the contenders for the title. Other teams did not have such a long pre-season and that is why they still have the energy.”##NAJAVA_MECA_7244862##Muhiddin said his side is looking for a respectable finish this season and is working to ensure the players have the right form of recovery.Buoyed by two wins in a row, he is confident they can finish on a high and go into next season motivated and confident.Bandari recently thrashed Vihiga Bullets 7-2 and Mathare United 3-0 results and the tactician believes that has given his players plenty of confidence. He also has heaped praise on Burundian midfielder Shassir Nahimana saying that he has settled and has been crucial for the Dockers.Ukipangwa na Bandari ya sasa ujue ni mtego 🔥⚽️#BandariNiYetu | #SheikhShow pic.twitter.com/6bXhfbm6LU— Bandari Football Club (@BandariOfficial) May 11, 2023 “He has settled well and has had three assists so far.
