With registration for the next edition of the tournament now open, the team has been trained it eyes on reclaiming it’s lost glory. “We really want to be back where we belong – at the National finals. We have been training really hard and have already registered for the tournament.” Stanslaus Murefu, the team’s Assistant Coach told Mozzart Sport. Several talented players from the team have been scouted from the team in the past editions, most notably David Majak who is now in the books of Kenyan Premier League giants Tusker FC. Murefu believes this edition will be no different. “Chapa Dimba is a good platform. We have around 6 players from our team who got good opportunities after they were scouted in the tournament. The most recent case was Alfred Tanui …”We also have a very good team at the moment and I am optimistic more players will get scouted …
