Modo ready for touchline return weeks after leaving Bandari

Former Bandari coach Antony ‘Modo’ Kimani says he is ready to make a come-back to the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) when the right opportunity comes.Kimani was fired at the beginning of this month following a series of poor results both the league and cup competition.His departure came after the side lost by identical 3-0 losses to Kenya Police and AFC Leopards in the league and Mozzart Bet Cup respectively.##NAJAVA_MECA_7277210##Speaking weeks after he left the club, Kimani said he is taking time off to reflect on the journey at Bandari and also improve on areas he felt short in.“Coaching is my passion and obviously when an opportunity comes I will take it. For now, I will take time off and look at where I need to make improvements when another opportunity comes,” he said.While announcing Kimani’s departure former Bandari Chief Executive Eduard Oduor said the two had parted ways on mutual consent.“The Board of Trustees arrived at this decision after thorough deliberations. We would like to sincerely thank Anthony Kimani for his service and dedication to the club during his tenure as our Head Coach.
