Why Kibera Black Stars will dish first walkover in the 2022-2023 National Super League season

Kibera Black Stars will not honour their Sunday National Super League match against Migori Youth Club, club chairman James Okeyo has confirmed.Kibera were supposed to visit Migori but according to Okeyo, the players failed to assemble and travel for the duel and therefore, they will issue their first walkover in the season.Okeyo revealed that the disgruntled playing unit turned down their pleas to avail themselves for the match and save the club’s image.##NAJAVA_MECA_7312223##He disclosed that an unkept promise to clear outstanding rent arrears made to the players triggered the boycott that, will certainly be welcome in the Migori camp as the promotion hopefuls will bag freebies in points and goals.“The patron (Luc Lagouche) had promised to give the players some money meant to pay their rent.
