Nairobi City Stars custodian Steve Njung’e is elated after hitting half a century appearances in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League with the club.The towering goalkeeper achieved the fete at the start of the month during the round 32 loss to Nzoia Sugar at Kasarani Annex.##NAJAVA_MECA_7318431##He has been with Simba wa Nairobi for three seasons, his best being the debut season during the 2020/2021 campaign.Speaking to the club’s media, a thankful Njung’e attributed the achievement to hard work, but maintained that he is not done yet and is targeting great things with the club.“I give thanks for reaching the magical 50. It has not been easy and I attribute it all to hard work. I also wish to thank my coaches for believing and giving me the chance to feature for the club across the last three seasons.
