In almost every window, Manchester City tends to bring in one top player for top dollar and then, gradually bring in more reinforcements. In 2020/21, Ruben Dias was paid 70 million euros, and then in 2021/22, the Citizens decided to break the record for a British player and paid 117 million for Jack Grealish.
