As it would be, both sides last week landed their CAF licenses to participate in the competition from the Football Kenya Federation.“We want to be in the best mood possible as we head to the big final against Tusker,” Odhiambo – the man who took over the reign at Homeboyz mid season said after one of his giant killing exploits against the league champions Gor Mahia a fortnight ago. “We have been on a long, tough journey and finishing it in the best way will be best for us. We have to show character and a big mentality.”“The goal is to redeem ourselves through this one (final) and there are no two ways about it. The approach we are taking is to play and win the match. We expect a hard game against Kakamega Homeboyz and we will win that hard game because that is the standard we, Tusker, are at.
