Ugandan defender Edward Satulo has bid his club, AS Kigali, goodbye as he prepares to join FKF Premier League side Bandari after agreeing to a two-year deal.The monstrous central defender will be a Docker in the coming days, where he will replace compatriot Rodgers Aloro.
