Odijo tips Mathare United to punch automatic promotion to top tier

He worked as an assistant coach at Ushuru, deputizing Kenneth Kenyatta who is the current FC Talanta coach.Odijo, who will be tasked with handling the youth team and scouting at Mathare vowed to work hand in hand with Odipo and see the Slum Boys back at the top league.Why Odijo is taking a break from coachingWhile echoing the sentiments of Odipo who pledged to inspire the club to gain automatic promotion, Odijo said the experience the technical bench members had was a key ingredient in bid to achieve automatic promotion.“Mathare is a big brand that deserves to be at the top level. It was disappointing to see the club sink to the second tier. Coach Odipo and I as well as scores of other tacticians passed through their systems.
