Bidco United head coach Anthony Akhulia is happy with Chris Ochieng’s pre-season scoring form and wants the attacker to continue hiting the back of the net heading into the new season.Ochieng, acquired from Bandari FC weeks ago has scored in the last three games for United. He found the back of the net in friendlies against Bongonaya and Gor Mahia last week and on Monday he scored in the Elite Pre-season Cup match against Nairobi City Stars, a game they won 1-0.##NAJAVA_MECA_2051##His good scoring form has left Akhulia buzzing and in an interview the tactician expressed his delight at the player’s fine form and wants him to maintain his current form.”He’s doing well. Of all the strikers that I have I think he’s the only scoring in each and every game and that’s good for a team if he manages to carry on with that form into the new season,” the tactician said. The coach went on to urge the attacker to keep working hard and keep hitting the back of the net.”I just want him to keep working hard in each and every game . If can score in all the games next season the better for the team.” On the importance of the tournament, Akhulia says it will play a vital role in sharpening not only his team but all the clubs taking part in the second edition of the tournament.”This is a good initiative that we are happy to be part of. We are playing very good teams and that will help us prepare well because it’s more or less in a competitive set up. I believe we will be a better team by the time the tournament comes to an end,” he added.Bidco United will face second-tier side Rainbow in the Elite Preseason Cup this morning.
