Bidco United and former player Peter Anyona have been allowed to settle out of court a dispute that has been filed at the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT).The player has taken the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) side to court demanding compensation for money he spent treating himself while still signed by Bidco United.In his affidavit, the player is accusing Bidco United of refusing to refund him the money he spent to treat himself when he got injured playing for the Thika based club.He claims to have been authorized to use his money and would be refunded but that has not been done to date.##NAJAVA_MECA_7753572##When both players appeared before the SDT on Wednesday, they asked to be allowed to settle the matter out of court and file an agreement on January 13,2024.Lawyer Melanie Kilote appearing for Bidco said the club wants to ascertain claims made by the player before making a decision on whether to pay or not.Njeri Onyango was chairing the session that allowed both the club and the player to try and settle the matter out of court and report to them early next year.
