More sports to be included in Talanta Hela inter-county tournaments

The Cabinet Secretary in charge of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy, and Sports, Ababu Namwamba, has pointed out that his ministry is keen to include other sports in the Talanta Hela program.This comes after an outcry from sports lovers that the program was only focused on football, leaving other disciplines in the dark.The youthful CS noted that plans were underway to make the program inclusive of other sports.##NAJAVA_MECA_7765236##Namwamba noted that football was on its deathbed when he came to the office, something that he wanted to improve on.Just one month into office, Namwamba negotiated for the lifting of the FIFA ban imposed on Kenyan football.“Talanta Hela is not restricted just to football. We started with football because, when I came into the office, it had sunk the lowest.
