Careers in decline, but these PSG stars take interest in fashion

What do you do when you are completely frozen by your coach? Work harder? Go on a loan to get some playing time and confidence back? Or maybe go to the Fashion week and dress accordingly? Well, the last one seemed like a logical solution for both Hugo Ekitike and Layvin Kurzawa, who went to the Louis Vuitton Fashion Week show in Paris to enjoy themselves and they tagged along star player Warren Zaire-Emery with them. What Real Madrid offer is not a surprise – what PSG offer: ‘ancient Rome, Egypt, Greece combined’It was not long ago when Hugo Ekitike was on the front pages of all French sports newspapers and portals. Young striker, full of potential and only 20 at the time was a huge wish of Newcastle United, freshly taken over by Saudi Arabia PIF fund and the Magpies were negotiating with his club Stade de Reims but in the end, he choose PSG, who paid overall fee of 35 million euros for the youngster in June 2022. But the promising career stalled big time, and Ekitike played only 33 games and scored four goals (and four assists) since. Numbers are even worse if we look games this season – he featured only in one (Lorient), when he came from the bench and played eight minutes! After that, he was not even on the bench under Luis Enrique, and wasn’t even registered for the Champions League. But he didn’t used it. Coming in from Monaco in 2015 for 25 million, Kurzawa played a full season only once in the last nine seasons (2020/21, 27 games) but after that a total disaster: only one game apiece in 2021/22 and 2022/23! He went to Fulham on a loan but came back with only six games played and no contract. So they both decided to show off at the fashion weekend dressed in pink jacket and pink t-shirt and a necklace with Hugo’s letter “H” (Ekititke), and blue floral-patterned jacket and pearl-studded glasses (Kurzawa). Why on earth Warren Zaire-Emery followed them nobody knows. ##NAJAVA_MECA_7805357##
