The family of KCB FC custodian Brian Opiyo Olang’o has reported that the player has been missing since Sunday evening.According to his elder brother Kevin Opiyo Olang’o who plays for FC Talanta, Brian left Makongeni Estate in Nairobi on Sunday to visit friends in Embakasi never to return. He later sent a panic SMS to his girlfriend saying his life was in danger and from then his phone has been on and off.”We reported the matter to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) offices in Ruai earlier today but we have been referred to their counterparts in Buruburu where we are now. The police have tried to track his phone but it is difficult as it is on and off. It ws last traced in Kikuyu road but we received a text from his number saying he has been released by his alleged captors in Ngong,” Kevin revealed to Mozzart Sport,”We are sure that he is not the one using the phone to text and the entire family is very distressed. We are hoping to find him safe and we trust the police to help,” he added.
